Orders are shipped from our Hong Kong distribution centre via courier service to the customers indicated adress on the order.
The seller’s prices are excluding import duty and taxes. Such charges, if any, will have to be bourne by the customer.
Orders will be shipped within 2 business days (Monday to Friday) immediately after confirmed receipt of customer payment.
Delivery lead-time is subject to courier services and customs clearance lead-times.
Delivery will not be effected on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays.
The customer will be informed by e-mail in case of any out of stock situation.
The seller/courier will not verify the recipient’s identity and bears no responsibility in this respect, subject that the delivery address is equivalent to that on the order form.
Claims for shortages or any discrepencies must be made by the customer to the seller’s e-mail address (email@example.com) within 1 day of delivery or upon receipt. In case of damage, the customer must inform the carrier no later than the first business day following the date of delivery.
If the courier is unable to deliver because the customer cannot be contacted, an e-mail notification will be sent to the customer.
Please contact the courier immediately upon receipt of such a notification.
If the seller does not receive your reply and you remain unreachable, the shipment will be returned to the seller’s distribution center in Hong Kong, under this situation, the shipping charges for rearranging the shipment will be bourne by the customer.
